How Do I Set-up and Account? 

  • Click “Sign In” at top of screen 

  • Click “Create An Account” 

  • Fill in all required information and click “Create Account” at Bottom of the screen. 

    • Email should be your work email, not your personal email.  Any order received using a personal email will not be processed until verified that you are employed at an Urban Air Park and that you are an Approved Manager. 

 

How Do I Know If My Order Went Through? 

  • You should receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Please be sure to check your Spam/Junk Folder

  • Please be sure to review your order confirmation to ensure it is correct. 
  • If you do not receive an email confirmation, this means your order did not go through for some reason.

 

When will my order ship?

  • Made to order Apparel and Promo items ship in 10-12 business days
  • Inventory items ship in 1-2 business days
  • When ordering inventory and made to order items together your order will ship in 10-12 business days
  • If you would like your inventory items to ship in the 1-2 business days please ensure you place those order separate from made to order items. 

 

Am I Able To Return My Product? 

  • No returns are accepted unless your product is defective or damaged during shipping. 

  • We must be contacted within 10 business days after receiving product.

Am I able To Rush My Order?

  • If you have a firm in-hands date - please enter your in-hands date in the "in-hands date" field or please contact us as soon as possible at: melissa@onestopapparel.net

 

 

How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order? 

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.  

  • If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us at: melissa@onestopapparel.net

  • When contacting us - please be sure to include your order number. 

 

My Order Never Arrived.

An Item Is Missing From My Shipment?

Can I Add Multiple Shipping Addresses?

  • Yes, you may add multiple shipping addresses.  If you have more than one shipping address, there will be a drop down arrow so you may choose which shipping address you need.  

 

What If A Product Is On Backorder? 

  • One of your Team Members will notify you of the backorder and an expected ETA from our supplier. 

    • You will be given the option to change the color or to a similar style.  

    • You will be given the option to wait for the back order or may choose to partially ship your order.  PLEASE NOTE:  If you choose to partially ship your order, you will incur two separate shipping charges.  

 

How Is My Product Billed? 

  • If you did not pay via credit card, your order will be billed to your Franchise store with a net30 term.
